really helpful staff, free wake up calls and ironing. exceptionally nice and ideal location for visiting restaurants and bars. loved such beautiful area. great choice for weekend.

The place had nice views of the lake and other scenes, an ideal location near Locke Pub, and a good restaurant offering authentic specialties.

Reasonably large and brand-new rooms with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

The breakfast here is excellent.

The hotel is stylish and peaceful, with a pleasant view over the lake. the staff members are all attentive and thoughtful. - the location is favorable and amazing, right next to a metro stop and the cultural center, making it easy to walk everywhere.

The location of Novotel Suzhou Sip is fantastic, as it is close to the Suzhou subway, city center, and various eateries. the room is spacious and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. - the hotel offers great service and the breakfast is very good.

Comfortable beds & well-equipped and beautifully decorated rooms. - Good breakfast and great food. - Quiet and magnificent location in Suzhou near to Line 1 Underground and a beautiful lake and harbor in a modern district. - Also, close to a large shopping mall.

Convenient location near Metro Train, exceptional staff like Tina who went above and beyond, fast check-in, beautiful suite with luxurious amenities, comfortable bed, clean pool.

My children wanted more variety in the children's menu.

Loved the extravagant "Unlock" custom benefits, especially the unforgettable experiences. The restaurant was a delight with its international cuisine. The hotel offered a range of amenities and services, and the indoor pool was great - perfect for pretending to be a mermaid. The location was convenient too.

Oh, and who needs staff that can actually provide helpful advice on local transportation and attractions? Not me, apparently.

Great location with easy access to public transportation. Clean and well-kept hotel facilities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were tasty and varied.

The hotel benefits from a great location, just in front of a subway line which is very easy to use. it is right next to a metro stop & the cultural Centre, providing a convenient base and easy access to the city's attractions. Rooms are comfy and clean, with nice views from the higher floors.

The breakfast room is terribly small, and often crowded. It makes it hard to enjoy the meal, and the staff seem overwhelmed to accommodate everyone.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference in Suzhou and it was a great choice. The hotel is located in the business district and is eco-friendly. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The conference center next door was very convenient and the hotel provided a comfortable and productive stay.

The only drawback was that the hotel did not offer a dedicated business center. As someone who needed to work during my stay, having a designated space with office equipment would have been helpful.

The room was nicely decorated with lovely bed linen and towels. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and perfect for a romantic escape. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious.

Our romantic escape was dampened by the unfriendly staff. They seemed unhappy to help us with any request.
